⁶⁵ They gave by lot from the tribes of the sons of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin these cities which are mentioned by name.

⁶⁶ Some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their [allotted] territory from the tribe of Ephraim. ⁶⁷ They gave to the Levites the following cities of refuge: Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim with its pasture lands, Gezer with its pasture lands;
